Trouble Shooting
It is not always necessary to call The M Sauer Company, in case your your alarm system is displaying unusual codes on the key pad. We have created this section in order to provide our customers, with simple solutions, which will help resolve some of the issues your system may be experiencing.
If your keypad looks like this:

Check circuit breakers and see if the alarm transformer has been unplugged from the wall.

COMM FAILURE
# Call central station (1-800-633-2677), you will need your pass code.
# Request to put your system on test mode
# Arm the system and open door or window, wait until siren rings ,let ring for 30 secs, then disarm.
# If message goes away you can call central station and verify they received signal.
# If Central Station didn't receive a signal, call M Sauer - Security Unlimited for service
